For the Limits Project, we were assigned to create something with some sort of restriction; either theoretical, physical, or mental. For my limit I chose to create a watercolor piece while blindfolded. I also added a second physical limit by using only my fingers to paint. This is what came to be from my experiment.
According to ancient Chinese legend, an invisible red thread connects those who are destined to meet, regardless of time, place, or circumstances. No matter how tangled and frayed it gets, it remains unbreakable. This piece made solely out of clothespins was created to represent this legend and the idea that, even in a desolate and grey world, love will always shine through.
